QII Deck's state-of-the-art microprocessor modulates heat by the demand created by uncooked food you introduce into the oven. The unique controller adjustments continually regulate the heat level meeting the demand of the amount of items being cooked.

There are no heat recovery problems as is experienced with deck ovens. The QII Deck oven provides all the convenience of conveyor cooking. Unlike other ovens on the market, the QII Deck oven projects heat directly into the product instead of just cooking from the outside of your product.
